In these classes, we will dive deeper into meditation from the kundalini yoga tradition and typically do one or two longer meditations.

These sessions will consist of a brief introduction and warm up and a longer meditation for each stage. There will be a short time to express your experience of each stage through any creative expression of your choosing.

This class is open to everyone.

Practical info

Please have a yoga mat, a shawl/blanket and a water bottle ready. I also recommend downloading Zoom to your device if you haven’t already done so.

These classes are donation-based, although a minimum of 120 NOK (12€) is recommended.
