Kundalini yoga meditation

In these classes, we will dive deeper into meditation. We will do a short warm up and one or two longer meditations or a meditative kriya. The meditations will support you through these challenging times so that you can keep up and keep your strength no matter what the external challenges you face. I will also choose meditations according to this year’s numerology where it is important to fall into Self (1), your identity as well as expressing yourself (5). As usual, I will choose according to what I feel the group needs.

Thursdays throughout May 1900-2000 CET

The class is open to everyone, although some experience with meditation will be beneficial.

Practical info

Please have a yoga mat, a shawl/blanket and a water bottle ready. I also recommend downloading Zoom to your device if you haven’t already done so.

These classes are donation-based, although a minimum of 120 NOK (12€) is recommended.
