The weekly kundalini yoga classes on Zoom (in English) continues in January 2021:
Thursdays 1900-2030 CET
I’ll choose kriya and meditation according to this year’s numerology and what I feel the group needs. Kundalini yoga balances the mental, emotional and physical body which helps you face life and its challenges centred in you.
We use mudras (hand positions), eye focus, breath, physical exercises (asanas), body locks, meditation and relaxation in class.
The class is open to everyone, whether you’re new to kundalini yoga or not, flexible or not.
Please have a yoga mat, a shawl/blanket and a water bottle ready. I also recommend downloading Zoom to your device if you haven’t already done so.
These classes are donation-based.
